Shaheed Avi Middleton (born Augest 29, 1990), known professionally as Shaheed Avi (formally AVI), is an American rapper and record producer from Warner Robins, Georiga. He is associated with the acts Michael Gittens, SPZRKT, Elhae, and L9:23. Starting out at the age of 15, Shaheed Avi found a group of 8 calling themselve "The NuBreed." After a falling out, the 8 became a group of 4, consisting of Yung Malo, Kid Thuro, T.K.O, and AVI (as a producer). Following The NuBreed's second album "The Anatomy", Shaheed Avi started out his solo career with the mixtape "SORE LOSER." With production from L-R-G-1 and Elhae, with features from Elhae, SPZRKT, and Michael Gittens.
